Why We Do It
JP has been baking for years; Inspired by childhood memories we strive to produce a product that will take you back to Sunday morning comforts. A product that will make you remember the good times that you had and will allow you to create your own memories!
We've taken a family recipe and made it into a dry mix for you to enjoy too! From Sunday morning, to holidays with family we met around the table to eat these pancakes & remanence.
Handcrafted Goods
Straight from our kitchen to yours our Gourmet Pancake/Waffle Mixes are made from "Pure Love", JP had a dream one night and in it was the pancakes that she grew up eating, so she made her mother's 75 year old recipe into a dry mix to share her memories of family-time. Since then she has crafted several gourmet mixes from her mothers recipe and introduced the world to these light, fluffy and flavorful gourmet pancakes/waffles. She wants everyone who eats these pancake/waffles to feel like they can create family memories around the kitchen table like her family did.
We always keep staple mixes of Original and Buttermilk but we welcome in seasonal flavors which consist of:
Harvest Spice: A burst of "Fall in you mouth"
Pecan: A nutty flavor with real pieces of Pecan
Peppermint: A subtle, light and airy refreshing taste
Red Velvet: A smooth and silky taste of velvety chocolate
